1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 3k. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 3k platform, including the sportsbook, online games, and any other services offered at 3k-3k.net. By accessing or using any part of the 3k platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 3k platform. Continued use of 3k after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

When you register a 3k account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 3k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you provide false information during registration, 3k may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds held within it.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one 3k account only. If you already have a 3k account, you must not register a second one. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for their creation — are a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 3k account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — your username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone, including friends or family members.

If you believe that your 3k account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 3k support team immediately. 3k will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 3k account.
• Do not access your 3k account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Do not allow any other person to use your 3k account to place bets.
• Notify 3k support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No foreign currency transactions are processed on the platform.

When making a deposit, the funds will be credited to your 3k account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. You may only withdraw funds to a mobile wallet account that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes of approval.
• 3k reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 3k are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 3k system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

3k reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity affecting the integrity of the event.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are shown on the bet slip.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules as determined by 3k.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 3k reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• The decision of the 3k trading team on all bet settlement matters is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

3k offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply in addition to any bonus-specific conditions.

Bonuses are credited to your 3k account for use on the platform. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds held in your account:

• Registering more than one account on the 3k platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game through collusion, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3k staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

3k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• 3k has reason to believe that a player has provided false information.
• A player's account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• 3k is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended, 3k will notify you by email where possible. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, 3k may suspend an account without prior notice and without providing a detailed explanation.

You may also choose to close your own 3k account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method.

9 Privacy and Data

3k collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a 3k account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
